We welcome back Punam from the Khao Suppers project that we already know so well here at B28 Apartments & Store and today we present Marisa from the Marisa Vieira Yoga project, yoga teacher at the Ganapati House.
Meet Marisa from the project Marisa Vieira Yoga - will bring us a morning of yoga teachings and a guided meditation to focus on the present.
Meet Punam from the project Khao Suppers - coming from London with Gujarati Indian heritage, she learned to cook with her mother and grandmother and is now sharing her knowledge with us.
Program
Places are limited. The yoga practice will take place in our Deluxe Apartment 2 where you can relax.
This apartment is located on the second floor of our building and the yoga practice will take place in the living room which has large windows throughout. Weather permitting, it will be a sunny practice!
